December 13, 2011 – 2:08 pmI had a lover a few years ago who, after a night out with the girls, called me from the bar they were at around one in the morning – she was super drunk and wanted to go home but her friends wanted to stay and she was in no state to deal with ordering a cab (she actually paused during the call to puke in the parking lot) – would I come pick her up? I did, and drove her back to her place – we again had to pause so she could open the door and puke on the sidewalk with me holding her jeans so she wouldn’t slide out of the car – only to find her ex-common-law hubby at home babysitting their two kids – awkward!
